Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have a deep understanding of how to help clients achieve their goals. I hold a diploma in Fitness and Health from Niagara College in Canada, and am certified by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. In addition to my fitness credentials, I am also a certified holistic health coach, which allows me to take a more comprehensive approach to my clients' well-being.
